Black Ass Fest Forums gives you the opportunity to share your favorite models, porn stars and famous babes. It is simply the place-to-be if you need a name with a face and see what others think. In this respect, all threads should be relevant to the mission of the message board and all posts should be relevant to the spirit of the threads they are posted in. In this respect, a moderator can edit a post/thread if he finds this rule is neglected.

Registration and Age Requirement:

Anyone who is 18 years or older is welcome to register an account at Black Ass Fest. Any person younger than the age 18 years old will be banned from their account until their 18th birthday.

Copyrights:

Works put on the Internet are considered "published" and therefore qualify for copyright protection. A work put on the Internet is not considered public domain simply because it was posted and free for anyone to download and copy. You need permission from the site owner to publish any materials, including photographs, music, and artwork from their site.

Advertising/SPAM Policy:

DO NOT advertise your own forum on Black Ass Fest. This attempt will be deleted and your account permanently banned from our message board.

Any advertisements that are allowed on this message board are approved by the Black Ass Fest Administrators. All advertisements must be posted in the "Promote Yourself" section of the board. These ads must follow the following guidelines:

1. No Spam Links. If a Site you Post leads to a spam site, you will be banned indefinitely.

2. If a link is in your signature, or you post a link in the "Promote Yourself" section, YOU MUST HAVE A LINK BACK TO THIS SITE ON THE PAGE THAT YOUR LINK POINTS TO.

General Board Rules

1.) The following subjects are NOT ALLOWED in any form on the message board. Members who start and/or participate in such threads will be banned immediately:

* Child pornography or any discussion of underage models/girls
* Racial Discrimination
* Bestiality
* Incest
* Snuff films or pornography (real or fake)
* Sexual Assault/Rape: this includes fake rape or rape fantasies.

2.) No flaming or blatant disrespect to other members on the message board, in visitor comments, in reputation comments, tags or private messages. In general, try to treat others as you would like them to treat you.

* If you find something that has been left by another member that offends you, please report it to moderators (see below on how to report a post) before the situation gets out of hand.

3.) If a member breaks a message board rule, the consequences can range from a warning to a permanent ban of the member's account (read more about this under Infractions).

4.) Please leave the moderation of the board to the moderators.

* If you see a problem, please PM a moderator or use the exclamation pointbox in the problem post to bring it to the moderators attention.


5.) Posts and threads that are made on this board are public and will not be deleted unless they violate the board rules or at the discretion of the administrators.

Posting Guidelines

Before you start making posts or threads on Black Ass Fest, it is a good idea that you understand the General Board Rules (listed above this section) as well as the following posting guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines could result in consequences ranging from a warning to being banned permanently from the message board:

1.) Before you make a thread about a specific babe or model, it is highly suggested that you use the Search Function to see if any threads have been made about your topic already.

2.) Please post your threads in the appropriate sections. If you accidentally post it in the wrong section, contact a moderator and they will be happy to help you move it to the right section.

3.) Please do not hijack or deliberately divert the topic of the thread you are posting in.

4.) Please do not use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and do your best to make your posts easy to read (punctuation and paragraphs).

5.) Do not try to work around the word filter. If the link you posted comes up as ***** then the link is not allowed on Black Ass Fest.

6.) You may "bump" a thread 1x in 24 hours to see if anyone responds. If you excessively bump a thread it could result in consequences from a warning to a ban of your account.


Important Notice:

The board Administrators and Moderators of Black Ass Fest reserve the right to remove, edit, move, or close any thread for any reason. This may or may not include posts that are deemed inappropriate. If this happens, the violator stands the risk of consequences ranging from a warning to a ban of their account.
